ORNAMENTAL GRASS SEEDS
SAVANNAH RUBY GRASS Seeds
Fluffy, long-lasting plumes up to 4.5 inches long begin a rich, mauve shade, mature to a light rose pink. They are excellent for cutting. Leaves are slender and blue-green, form neat 1 foot tall clumps. A colorful, easy to grow addition to mixed borders, 'Savannah' Ruby Grass also looks lovely in patio planters. Winter hardy to zone 7; can be grown as an annual everywhere.
EARLY HYBRIDS MISCANTHUS Grass Seeds
Silky tresses of silvery-cream plumes in August and September, turn to gold shades in the fall. Excellent for screens; tolerates moist soil, and repels deer. Grows 7-7.5 feet tall. Winter hardy to zone 4.

Produces long, silky tresses of silvery-cream plumes in summer. In autumn they turn to gold. An excellent perennial for screens; tolerates wet soils, is highly deer resistant. A wide ranging mix, height can vary from as little as 3 feet, to as tall as 8 feet, 6-7 feet tall is more common. Winter hardy to zone 4.
CHINESE FOUNTAIN GRASS Seeds
Rare clumping perennial grass. Gracefully arching stems bear fat, furry silvery-rose plumes late summer and fall, last well into winter. Use in perennial or shrub borders, or in pots. Grows 3-4 feet tall. Winter hardy to zone 5. Combine with: 'Panorama Red' Bee Balm, 'Sterntaler' Coreopsis, 'Magnus Superior' Echinacea.

PINK FEATHER PAMPAS GRASS Seeds

BLUE SELECT FESCUE Grass Seeds
Forms 10-12 inch tall, perfectly round, dense mounds of fine, gracefully bending, silver-blue foliage. Excellent accent plants, use to edge walkways, or use in mixed containers. Easy to grow, they tolerate heat, drought and poor soil. Winter hardy to zone 4. More uniform in size, with more vibrant color than common Blue Fescue.

LITTLE HOBBIT Bear Skin Fescue Seeds
Soft, emerald green leaves, on dwarf, clump forming 6-8 inch tall, evergreen perennial. Use at front of borders, as ground cover, or in rock gardens. Will tolerate dry heat, does not thrive in very hot and humid conditions. Otherwise easy to grow, thrives on neglect, needs little water. Winter hardy to zone 5. PLUME GRASS Seeds
Saccharum ravennae syn. Erianthus ravennae.
This 6-10 foot tall giant is very similar to Pampas Grass but is more cold hardy. Large, plume-like flower panicles are produced in late summer. They begin silvery with violet tones and age to white in the fall. They are outstanding for fresh cut or dried flower arrangements. The autumn foliage is showy as well, turning shades of tan, orange, purple and beige. Best used as single specimens in large gardens, or in groups as dramatic screens. Winter hardy to zone 5.
LUCIUS SNOWY WOOD RUSH Seeds
'Lucius' Snowy Wood Rush is a green, grass-like plant which produces clouds of fluffy, white blooms (like falling snow) from June to August. Unlike most true grasses, it thrives in moist, shady garden conditions. Winter hardy to zone 5. Seeds may require chilling, instructions included.
How to Plant ORNAMENTAL GRASS Seeds
Sow seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil but do not cover.Needs light to germinate. Kept at 65-75° F., germination is in 14-35 days, depending on the variety.
