or in mixed borders - Deer resistant - Combines beautifully in the garden with
Coral Bells,

An outstanding edging or ground cover for moist soils in part to light shade (full sun in cool summer areas). It has large, nearly round, pleated, gray-green leaves that are soft and velvety to the touch. In late spring the plants are blanketed with large branched clusters of handsome blooms. They make excellent fresh cut or dried flowers. Extraordinarily showy when massed in the garden, Lady's Mantle provides an excellent contrast to other brightly colored plants. Self sows. Winter hardy to zone 4.
