Superbissima Triumph Mix petunias are tetraploid hybrid grandiflora petunias. Flamboyant, resplendent, glamorous, extravagant: they demand all the fancy descriptive adjectives and all your attention with gigantic, over-the-top, ornately ruffled and veined flowers that reach anywhere from 4 to 6 in. in diameter.
Frilly petals come in white, pink, or magenta, and each single and semi-double flower has contrasting centers with showy, intricate veining. Rounded 12-14 in. plants are smothered in huge, self-cleaning blooms throughout the warm season. An excellent choice to add elegant flare to patio containers, baskets and window boxes. Superbissima Triumph Mix petunias are among the absolute largest-flowered petunias available.
Growing Superbissima Triumph Mix Petunia Seeds
Plant Petunia Seeds: Sow petunia seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil but do not cover. Needs light to germinate. Kept at 70-75°F., seeds germinate in 7-21 days. Transplant petunia seedlings into the garden 7-18 in. apart.
Grow Petunia: Full sun or part shade. Part shade preferred in hot climates.
