Katarina
Cabbage Seeds
(Hybrid) 45 days
All America Selections Winner. Most cabbage varieties get too large for container gardeners or those with limited space, but the compact plants of Katarina cabbage may be spaced 8 in. apart. The dense, round, light green heads mature when they are as small as 4 in. diameter, with a deliciously mild, sweet flavor and a coleslaw-friendly, crisp, crunchy texture. Katarina cabbage may be grown in spring, summer, or fall, and when spaced farther apart, it will produce larger heads, up to 3 lbs.
Growing Katarina Cabbage Seeds

Grow Cabbage: Cabbage is a cool season vegetable that thrives when planted in the early spring. In mild winter climates, cabbage can be grown as a winter crop; seedlings may be transplanted into the garden any time between early fall through early winter.
