Double Delight Cream nasturtiums bloom heavily with ruffled double and semi-double flowers in a creamy light lemon yellow shade. Mounding, 12 in. plants have round, emerald green foliage similar to small lily pads. Flowers and young leaves are edible, with a refreshingly spicy, peppery taste. Double Delight Cream is a great nasturtium for containers or low garden beds and borders.
Growing Double Delight Cream Nasturtium Seeds
Nasturtium seeds are sown directly into the garden after all danger of frost ¾ in. deep, 4-6 in. apart. Thin seedlings to 8-12 in. apart for bush types, and 18-24 in. for trailing varieties. Can be started indoors in peat pots. Kept at 65° F., germination is in 7-14 days.
