TIDY TIPS SEEDS
Tidy tips is a member of the sunflower family. Growth is rapid to 1-1.5 ft. tall. Plants produce a wealth of 2" yellow flowers with neatly marked white tips in spring and summer. Tidy Tips naturalizes readily. One of our favorite wildflowers for its clean, bright, and cheerful early season color. Packet is ½ gram, about 300 seeds.
How to Plant Tidy Tips Seeds
Direct sow tidy tips seeds into prepared seed beds in rows, spaced 12" apart. Thin to 6-8" apart. Can also sow seed in cell packs or flats; press into soil and lightly cover. Kept at 70° F., germination is in 14-28 days.
