Dierama pulcherrimum

From June to August, these graceful evergreen perennials produce elegant pink, red, or purple bell-shaped flowers on long, wiry 4-7 foot stems. The swordlike leaves grow to 3-4 feet long and 1/2 inch wide. Fairy Wand looks terrific near swimming pools, against a background of dark green shrubs, or in large containers. Winter hardy to zone 7.

Dark cerise bell-shaped flowers on long, wiry, 4-7 foot stems. Blooms from June to August, above graceful, evergreen, 3-4 foot, sword-like leaves. Beautiful near swimming pools, and thrives in large containers. Winter hardy to zone 7.

How to Plant FAIRY WAND Seeds

Sow seeds in cell packs or flats, press into soil but do not cover.
Needs light to germinate. Kept a 65° F., germination is
irregular over a period of 14-60 days. Transplant into the garden
2 feet apart after all danger of frost.
